  I went to see Dr. Caroline Dunn for the first time today and she was very particular and thorough with my treatment. I was particularly impressed at how gentle she was with my sensitive teeth. I have often thought that "I'd rather give brith again than see the dentist" (!), but didn't have many of those fears cross my mind today! She was very friendly and personable also and put me at ease immediately. Siani at reception was friendly and professional which is really nice to see when you are coming in to your scary dentist appointment. Highly recommended.

  Unfortunately none of the procedures were able to be completed for my son but the dentist was very good and helpful with referrals and my son liked him. On my sons last visit before his appointment while waiting in the waiting room, he watched 3 little boys just abit older than him recieve lollies and little toys after their appointment given to them by the receptionist as they walked out. So he said mummy ill be a good boy and try to stay still. During his procedure with the dentist the dentist was unable to anaesthetise the his tooth properly and the dentist said its one of those cases that are 1 out of 100 so was not able to go ahead with the procedure. While waiting for referral papers in the waiting room my son remembered the boys earlier recieving treats and thought he would too since he was such a good little boy and kept so very still. But unfortunately the receptionist handed me the papers and said immediately Bye and straight back to her work. Now you can imagine my sons reaction (he is only 5 yrs old by the way) as we walked out he said "Mummy wasnt i good boy"?. That broke my heart :( especially since he realised that dentist couldnt fix his tooth, my son then went on to think that it was all his fault. So as you can imagine walking away from the dentist in such circumstances it really broke my heart. I just thought i would share this. Therefore overall i say the service of the dentists at the practice is great but that one little incident that happenned has scarred my son for life :(
